Once you’ve cleaned your skin how often should you exfoliate? It can be beneficial for just about all skin types,in particular oily and dry skin.

Most importantly, protect you skin from sun damage. This protection can come from your moisturizing lotion and/or foundation (if used all over your face), with at least an SPF15.

Lastly, not everyone should be using a mosturizer in their Skin Care regime. If you do need to use one, apply on the dry areas at night (even around the eyes).
