The term Renegade has become popular in the network marketing arena yet many are still confused about what it all means. Ann Sieg’s The Renegade System burst onto the scene in early 2007 and literally transformed the way people prospect in MLM.

Sure, it met with some criticism especially following the release of Sieg’s initial report the 7 Great Lies, but people soon became accustomed to the principles being taught and while for some network marketers they were a blessing, many still found it hard to grasp the concept.

Give stuff away, make money up front…isn’t this network marketing where it takes an eternity to get into profit? Well, things are changing and really today, if you cannot get into profit within the first few months then you need to be changing the way you are prospecting in your business.

Making Sense Of The Renegade System

You see, the real truth is that most people, and that included me, spent more on their network marketing business in the first year that they make. You can probably resonate with this. Monthly product autoships, meetings, marketing products and tools and various business building materials and the cost can add up quickly.

And it’s one of the reasons there is a drop out rate in the industry of over 90% within the first three months. Yes, unless you are making money in network marketing fairly quickly it sucks to be a network marketer.

The majority don’t get into meaningful profit well down the road and that really depends on their ability to grow a solid downline.

What Does The Renegade System Mean?

So what does the Ann Sieg’s Renegade system mean and how can it help you to get into profit early while you grow your network marketing business. Here’s the key…most of the success stories in internet network marketing don’t market their main MLM business upfront. Does that surprise you?

Instead, they market a smaller priced product – well actually, they give away something for free and of value to get the person on their list but offering a smaller priced product which is packed with value and really affordable will usually get a sale and once several of these are generated the profits can mount quickly.

Making Profit Up Front

The other fact is that many of the people gathered on a list through a free giveaway or small price purchase never join the business right away. Some never join ever. But the nice thing about marketing this way is you have at least made a small profit and while they may not be ready to join your business now, you can better lead them into your business when they are ready with a series of educational products and recommendations over the course of time.

The bottom line – The Renegade system can be described as the blueprint showing people a way to get paid to generate their own leads while building their list and business and more importantly, getting into profit from day one.
