When is depression a disease? That is a good question that many people have been trying to answer for a long time. However, there is no specific answer. Begin an exercise program to help you feel and look better, this will also help to relieve depression symptoms. If you still need help, then antidepressants may be an option. However, only use these under the advice of a doctor.
