In this article I am going to talk about a few super foods and tell you why they are so good for you. Some of them you have probably heard of, some of them probably not.

The acai berry is the first super food that I am going to talk about and you probably already know about it. This fruit offers a super high concentration of antioxidants. The next super food is the walnut. While you have probably heard of it, you probably don’t know how healthy it really is. They are an excellent source of antioxidants, vitamins, fiber, and plant based protein. There is also a concentration of omega 3 fatty acids that is higher than other nuts.

So where can you get these super foods?
