It Is no Longer A Matter Of Staying Together For The Kids

Most people say that they do not want the government or courts involved in their lives, yet because people refuse to take responsibility for the lives that they bring into this world we have had to develop child support laws. Because a great number of non-custodial parents want to turn their backs on their children the child support laws have had to become more complicated and punitive. The result is that many responsible people have had to pay more than their fair share because of those that refuse to pay anything. This results in hard feelings and again, the children are left to suffer.

Through my years of working in the social services field I have seen parents use their children as pawns during divorce proceedings and custody battles. I have seen parents that have little or no interest in raising their children fight for custody to avoid paying the child support to their former partner. Some children are able to tell me how much child support their parent pays and or how much they owe. This is information that should never be shared with a child. It stands in their way of being able to have a nurturing child parent relationship with both parents. The child support laws and the amount of support that is determined by the courts should be between the parents.

I have also seen parents question their children about what articles of clothing they have or what they eat when they are with the other parent. This is a way for them to determine if the child support is going to the child’s needs. I have also heard parents tell their children that they will not give them money for a special need, because that is suppose to come out of the child support payments. People that have brought children into this world need to step up to the plate and take the responsibility to follow the child support laws. Children deserve to have their care needs met, without fearing that they will lose the love or time of one of their parents. Children are not pawns for people to use to extract revenge on a former partner.

Operation Money Pump Review

Review of Operation Money Pump

An internet marketing guru known only as “Mr. X” has just launched a new product he calls “Operation Money Pump.”

This is a guide to affiliate marketing and while it contains little that is earth shattering, it is a solid guide to internet marketing in 2007 and, hopefully, beyond.

Here are some of the topics discussed in this manual, which legitimately covers 60+ pages:

  • Introduction to affiliate marketing – what is affiliate marketing and why should you get involved in it? How to get started – Mr X claims this is a blueprint for your financial independence, and that he wrote this because he has bought similar guides in the past that just did not give enough details
  • How to choose a niche – critical to your success, in all honesty
  • Why and how to build a list, and some info on viral marketing
  • How to get people to opt in to your list
  • How to market your affiliate product
  • Branding yourself
  • Creating a great landing page that encourages your customers to take action
  • Some info on PPC strategies – a great way to build traffic before the search engines find you or rank you well
  • SEO – both onsite and offsite
  • How and when to mail your list
  • Expanding into creating your own product, now that you know what works well in that market
  • Generating pre-sale buzz
  • Using blogging and social bookmarking tools

This is a great guide for those who want to get started in internet marketing, with a focus on selling products as an affiliate. I would not say this is for experienced internet marketers, because they will learn little that is new. However, for the “newbie,” this guide will give you eve2rything you need to get started, as the author goes through each step in easy to follow detail.

    Identity Theft Statistics

Identity theft stats do make one thing clear: people who take steps to protect their identities are much less vulnerable. Identity theft statistics tell us that people who keep good financial records, make sure that their Internet accounts are well protected, frequently change passwords, and regularly check their credit, are less likely to be victimized. When they are the victim of identity theft, these people can resolve the issue much more quickly. It is easier for them to prove that their identity has been stolen and that they are not responsible for any purchases that have been made in their name.

Statistics on identity theft, however, tell us nothing about which steps are the most important, and which ones can be ignored. Because identity theft is such a new problem, identity theft statistics are not all that sophisticated yet. The only solution is to take all the steps that you can to protect your identity. This can prove costly, but it is worth it! For example, according to recent identity theft statistics, if your computer is well secured you are several times less likely to have your identity stolen.

According to identity theft statistics, it is as important to take precautions when you go on vacation as when you are at home. When you are traveling, particularly if you’re going for an extended stay, you are vulnerable. You will not see the mail coming into your house, and will be unaware of unusual charges on your bank account until it is too late. Fortunately, identity theft protection works whether or not you are at home. Identity theft statistics, in fact, do not indicate a significant difference in security between people who are home, and people who are traveling abroad. As long as you protect your identity, you are at a much lower risk of having it stolen. The most important thing is not to delay. Every day without theft protection is another day when you could be victimized.

Planning the Perfect Vacation for Your Family

Are you thinking of taking a vacation to some place in the world that is completely new and unknown to you? Or maybe you are considering a return trip to some place you really love? Wherever the destination, here are some things to think about so that your next trip will be the best ever.

Decide how you are going to get there and make reservations. Is it somewhere you can get by boat? Perhaps your family would like to travel by cruise ship. Do you want to reduce the travel time to a minimum? Then fly. Do you want to drive and enjoy the sites of interest between your home and your vacation spot? Or maybe the train is a possibility.

Once you have decided how you are going to travel and have made any necessary travel reservations then reserve the place you will be staying while on the way and in the area. You will want to make sure the accommodations are in a nice area, especially if you are traveling to a city where there are areas of high crime.

If you enjoy having things planned out then enjoy spending some time mapping out what you want to see, how much time you want to spend at each place, and how you will get there. Does the city have subway, bus or cable car systems that make it easy to get from place to place? Does the hotel offer shuttle service to major tourist attractions? Or will you need to rent a car to get around?

Planning your trip can be a lot of fun. Even if you are the type of person who likes to do things spontaneously making some basic plans ahead of time will make the trip more enjoyable. Planning ahead of time what you want to be sure to see, where you are going to stay, and how you are going to get around, besides how you are going to get there, will help this vacation go smoothly, ensure that you don’t miss anything worth visiting, and even save you money.

There is a difference between living a long life and living a healthy life. And naturally there is a difference between living a long life and living a short life. Wouldn’t the best plan be to live a long life and a fit life? The key is not the fountain of youth or a wonder drug. It is getting fit and staying fit. this is by no means an unreachable goal.

It could be losing strength, losing some of your stability, and even getting sick more often.

You can change all that now by creating you own fitness program or joining a gym and having a trainer put you own a workout plan suited to your condition. There are excellent programs on the internet that can get you on a workout program that matches your current level of fitness with your level of desire. Live a long, fit life and get fit.
