Many children and especially adolescents experience mood swings as a normal part of growing up, but when these feelings persist and begin to interfere with a child’s ability to function in daily life, bipolar disorder could be the cause. Bipolar disorder, also known as manic-depression, is a type of mood disorder marked by extreme changes in mood, energy levels and behavior.
Symptoms can begin in early childhood but more typically emerge in adolescence or adulthood. Until recently, young people were rarely diagnosed with this disorder. Yet up to one-third of the 3.4 million children and adolescents with depression in the United States may actually be experiencing the early onset of bipolar disorder according to the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Doctors now recognize and offer Bipolar disorder treatment in both children and adolescents, but it is still an under-recognized illness.
Children with bipolar disorder usually alternate rapidly between extremely high moods (mania) and low moods (depression). These rapid mood shifts can produce irritability with periods of wellness between episodes, or the young person may feel both extremes at the same time. Parents who have children with the disorder often describe them as unpredictable, alternating between aggressive or silly and withdrawn. Children with bipolar disorder are at a greater risk for anxiety disorders and Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). These “co-occurring” disorders complicate diagnosis of bipolar disorder and contribute to the lack of recognition of the illness in children.
Bipolar disorder is a largely under-recognized illness due to the difficulty in diagnosing it. Bipolar disorder treatment need to be found quickly as children suffering from bipolar disorder are at greater risk of suffering anxiety disorders and ADHD as well as bipolar complicating diagnosis still further. This article gives a good overview of some of the symptoms to watch out for. It also gives a number of resources that can be contacted it you are concerned that you or a loved one may be sufferer and requre Bipolar disorder treatment.

How to Put on Weight?. You need to regularly take in more calories than you burn to gain weight. Set yourself realistic target weights, and aim to gain gradually. To put on a lb per week you need to plan in an extra 500 nutritious calories or so to your usual daily intake. It’s best to do this as part of a balanced diet, rather than simply eating more fried foods or unhealthy snacks.
Changing eating habits is a long process of 90 days + and is the crucial factor for success in gaining and maintaining weight. It takes tens of years to develop eating habits and you shouldn’t think that 1 month is enough to change this reality. People today enjoy art and architecture with Spanish design based on a long history. For instance, many of the works of art and architecture produced in a part of the world that is now Spain actually incorporates many different cultural influences.
Some of the earliest displays of Spanish art were found near Lleida in Altamira and Cogul in the form of cave paintings. These ancient remains date back to around the 3rd century BC. The next period of Spanish art occurred from the 6th to 7th centuries BC, known as the Visigothic period. During this time, crude motifs were common, particularly in relation to sculptures. However, it is believed that Middle Eastern influences began to change Spanish art in the Palencia province around AD 661.
Around the 8th century, the Moorish people began to introduce new flavors of art. For instance, the mosques and palaces commonly features very specific architect, which can still be seen today. The interiors were usually graceful, using both light and shadow. The learn to speak spanish cathedrals and churches often had reflective spaces, such intersecting arches, isolated units, and enclosed choirs. Motifs were small but also ornamental.
After Spain was conquered by the Moors by 850, we began to see changes yet again in art and architecture. As an example, archways were rounded, windows were designed with balusters, and apses were square. Then by the middle of the 9th century, barrel vaulting that was directly from the Middle Ages was discovered. Interestingly, from the 9th to 11th century, it was common to find Spanish art and architecture that was the combination of both Moorish and Asturian features, which resulted in the most magnificent of all European style.
The following century began the Romanesque period in which Christian Spain was often seen. Even still, many art pieces and architectural features had a touch of Middle Eastern influence. Then one of the most fascinating of all changes was seen during the Gothic period, especially when it comes to architecture. As Spanish kingdoms began to merge, the Gothic period exploded.
By the 13th century, Castilian architecture was primarily inspired by the French, which was seen in Leon, Toledo, and Burgos cathedrals. Stained glass and heavy interior buttresses were more the norm. Finally, the Muejar style was a powerful learn to speak spanish architectural element, which stayed popular throughout the 18th century.
With this, buildings were largely influenced by brick, plaster, and wood. However, these materials were used to create grandiose geometrical configurations. As you can see, learn spanish art and architecture has evolved over the years but no matter the era, sculptures, paintings, and architecture has remained impressive and one of the favorite choices even now in the 21st century.
Catch your Cheating Wife

The last thing a husband wants to do is accuse his wife of having an affair when in fact she is not. Therefore, if you suspect your wife is cheating, take great care to do things the right way so you do not end up with a damaged marriage. One of the most common signs of a woman having an affair is her wspending more time at work, long lunch hours, extra meetings and so on.
You see – the majority of affairs begin at work. The affair could be with an employee, boss, consultant, or client. Therefore, you first want to take note of any special attention pertaining to the workplace. For instance, if you notice your cheating girlfriend is spending more time taking care of herself to look nice at work, leaving earlier than usual, going out every day for lunch, staying late, taking business trips, and so on, then you may have a reason to be suspicious.
Once you begin to notice signs of change, you would begin to take note and look for proof. For instance, if you see that your cheating husband’s behavior is different from usual, you are probably asking yourself why. If she becomes more interested in spending hours at the computer conversing with “friends” or “playing games” rather than going to bed, the behavior would be different, therefore, suspicious.
Another sign that your wife may be having an affair is that she suddenly takes up a new sport, activity, or some kind of interest. While this could a good thing and have nothing to do with cheating at all, again you want to pay attention. Along with the behavioral change would cove her taking better care of personal hygiene, having manicures and pedicures, choosing a new hair color and/or style, shopping for trendy or sexy clothes, etc.
Then, if you find that your wife prefers taking calls on her cell phone or perhaps talks in a quiet voice when the home phone rings, question it. Keep in mind that if your cheating spouse and you approach her, the chances are she will deny everything. For this reason, you must put it all together. This means looking at the computer to determine what sites she is visiting, obtaining cell phone records, and even following her, if necessary.
While the thought of following your wife sounds mean or invasive, if you believe she is having an affair, then you owe it to yourself and your family to know the truth. Sometimes, confirming an affair is hard. In this case, you might need to hire a private investigator to do the work for you. However, if you have time or interest, you can always be your own private eye. Finally, you can even purchase miniature, hidden cameras to place around the house if you believe she is having the man in, buy software that can monitor her computer activity, and a wide array of other tools to help you know if your
