<p><strong>Breakfast &#8211; Within thirty minutes to an hour of awakening, I generally eat 1 of only two things for breakfast:</strong></p>
<p>1. Egg white omelet (3/4-1 cup), veggie(s) (might be green pepper, baby spinach, broccoli or a combo), fresh pepper, sea salt, and crushed red pepper.
