Yesterday,I received an email from my client.In the mail,she was worried and nervous. At the beginning,I have no idea about that,but then the matter come clearly.There was an wonderful mistake happened again from my client.
She was an bridesmaid and wanted to buy the wedding jewelries from juicy couture for herself and the bride.She was exciting and satisfied chose the jewelries from my shop.She did all the process and waiting for the jewelries.Last week,she received the goods,but there come some mistake.The jewelry to the bridesmaid was wrong with the bride.She was embarrassed and worried.She checked the details about the deal again and it really went wrong by her fault.Now she wrote to us to ask if the jewelry for bride has been sent.If haven't,she wanted to run it back because the jewelry for the bride is special for her as a supprise.
As I have received the email,I checked the order,which was a pity that the jewelry for the bride has been sent out this morning.I wrote back to the client to tell her the truth and expressed the regret to her.Then,I think everything will go on with the fixed thought.But the supprise happened which was an unexpected lucky.The order hasn't been sent as a stockout,although the order has been dealed with.I was exciting and wrote to the client.She was so excited and celebrated that she said a lot of 'Thanks' to us.The bridesmaid sent her jewelry to the bride as planned and we will send her tomrrow.
I think it is a wonderful and coincidence mistake.I wrote it down as a commemorate and example for others.Luckily that it was just a shock,we helped the client unmeantly at last.I am so glad for that.
