Contract law is not that easy as it looks like, you can say it’s not a piece of cake. The main thing is that the contract is not necessary to be in writings so not every contract that is made by some one as a physical formal agreement. Some times there is only the need of verbal agreement as they are the basis of the contract. Loads of firms work on the basis of contract law and such firms are known as contract firms. For example you can talk about the construction firms, they work on contract basis. The firms that are dealing with the contract laws such as employment or salary are known as contract law firms.

A written employment contract includes all the important terms and conditions related to the employee which is given to him or her when he or she works in the company for more than one month. It is contract which carry’s the terms and conditions related to employment and are agreed both by the employee and the employer as well. It is necessary to have a contract between the employer and the employee about employee related to work and employer’s agreement to pay fairly for the work. The most important thing or point that the contract contains is the assurance that the employees have the right to be paid for the work they do. Most of the firms agree on this to avoid any disputes or unpleasant environment by not giving the right of the employees to them.
Different rules should be followed by the parties that are involved in the contract law or the business law. These obligations may be as the laws give the option to the one party to avoid it. If one party has received benefits, he must return it to the others. The aggrieved party can get damages from the other party.
