Commercial Law Is Also Known As The Business Law

Commercial law is the law that includes all the transactions in the business. The entire accounting and financial transactions takes place in the commercial law. It is also known as the business law. Transfer of the property also involved in the commercial law.
It is applied on the put the goods in the deliverable state. It means doing an act like polishing, parking, loading and giving a finished shape to the goods. There is a contract law for the sale of specific goods in a deliverable state; the property in the goods is passes to the buyer as soon as the formation of the contract law takes place.
In the contract law for the sale of specific goods, the ownership is transferred when the parties want to transfer it to the other party. Generally the goods are sold by the owner of the goods. If the seller is not the owner of the goods the buyer cannot become the true owner of the goods even the buyer have paid all the payments to the seller for the goods. By this way the true owner of the goods is saved.
When the owner of the goods by his words or acts or mission or conduct causes the buyer to believe that the seller has ability to sell them he cannot afterwards deny the sellers authority to sell the goods. The buyer in this case gets a better title than the seller. The seller is deemed to have appropriated goods when he delivered the goods.
Condition is a stipulation essential to the main purpose of the contract, the breach of which gives rise to a right to treat the contract as repudiated for commercial law.A condition is essential for the main purpose of the contract. Condition is a stipulation that forms the basis of contract of sale. Its non-fulfillment causes irreparable loss to the aggrieved party. In case of violation of condition, the aggrieved party has the right to cancel the contract under contract law.
