1) DO NOT PAY MONEY TO GET THE JOB
Professional Companies do not money from the candidates. Their business is to offer genuine product or solutions to the clients and not to take money from candidates! Some might ask money as a 'Security Deposit'. Never get trapped. Ever!
Alternatively, work for a new start-up company. You can work for FREE but never pay money from your pocket for any reason. In case, if you convinced about paying money, then take a receipt or signed paper on company letterhead with company seal and signature. The document should clearly state that the money is paid as a security deposit and it is fully refundable in certain situation.
2) DON’T HAND OVER ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS
NEVER give your original certificates or any other original documents to any outsider under any circumstances. Think of the impending danger, that if you do not get them back. If at all you are submitting the documents, make sure you get a written proof that they have taken them as per the policy of their organization. Professional companies never insist their employees to handover originals to them. They generally ask you to bring them during joining period to cross check with the photocopies of the same.
You shall be in lots of trouble, if you blindly believe someone else’s words . When you want to leave the company, they may not return the original documents. Fresher’s who suffers because of this.
3) THERE IS NO 'JOB GUARANTEE'!
What if you are not capable of delivering? What if you do not possess requisite skills for the job? Obviously you shall be rejected! Hence job guarantee is always subject to skills of employees. Companies definitely have this thing in mind before offering job posting.
There are many genuine institutes too!
If you happen to be in such situation, then go for counseling. Talk to the past students who have got job after doing the course. Get feedback from those who got the job and those who couldn't get the job after the completion of the course. Talk to companies who offer the job and are listed as recruiting company. Talk to recruiting companies HR manager and find out the truth. Get the list of candidates placed in MNC companies and the list of companies for recruitment. Double check and only when you are convinced, go for it!.
Often good training institutes are able to successfully place candidates who meet with the company's eligibility criteria and academic criteria. These institutes should be ideal platform for fresher’s. Remember, even good institutes there for making money and not for charity!
