10 Tips To Help Clear Acne - Regain Your Confidence

For most young people and even for some older people, acne is a chronic problem that causes both physical and facial issues. get rid of acne is to not get it in the first place, but once you have it, here are the best ways I’ve found to get rid of it, fast!

1. Stop touching your face unless you just washed your hands. Your hands carry tons of germs and bacteria that can spread to your face. Trust me; this is often how an outbreak can begin.

2. You don’t need harsh chemical washes to keep your skin clear, or to clear up your acne really fast. The best thing to use is warm water on a clean washcloth.

3. Touch your face as little as possible. This can be hard but can be done. There is dirt on so many things that you touch like doorknobs, phones, elevator buttons, and toilet doors etc. Washing your hands often, at least for a minimum of 24 seconds will ensure that the germs are dead.

4. Simply take a piece of cucumber and mush it till it becomes kind of like a watery paste. Then put it over your face and leave it there for around 20 minutes. This is a nice routine after a stressful day, because it will relax your mind and sooth your nerves. And it's a good cleansing ritual for your skin.

5. Try to avoid the oily food at parties and get together. Eat less of chocolates and sweets. Cook Stir Fry, it takes 5-10 minutes chuck loads of vegetables in a Wok and add some stir fry sauce, add some poultry and cook some rice that will end up being a very healthy and delicious meal.

6. Get a good night’s sleep. Plenty of sleep allows your body to heal faster. This applies even to acne. I recommend putting acne cream on before bed and letting your face get the full recommended treatment. This is one of the best natural acne treatment.

7. Healthy skin is hydrated skin. Drink your recommended 64 ounces of water each day to quickly clear up acne, and prevent it from coming back!

8. Oatmeal face masks can help you to reduce pimples, because they take away excessive oil from the pores of your skin. It is a good idea to mix in some honey into your face mask, because bee honey has antibacterial properties. It is best to use organic honey for that purpose, because you really do not want to expose your skin to any pesticide residues or other chemicals.

9. Fruits and vegetables are must in your meals. The processed foods, canned or frozen food items must be avoided. Try to keep distance from junk food. Take as much as possible of apples, blueberry, pear, papaya, watermelon, carrot, cauliflowers, peas, cucumber, corn, etc.

10. Take a daily vitamin. Making sure your body has plenty of vitamins and minerals because they will fight the bacterium that helps to make acne worse. So maintain a regular intake of vitamin B2, B5, B3, B6,C and minerals like calcium, zinc, manganese, inositol, etc. This is not just if you have Acne but in general you should always ensure you are taking your vitamins.
