Your Body CAN Burn Fat Quickly By Turning On Its Own Internal Fat Burning Furnace!

We all want to lose weight permanently. everyplace people are gaining weight at an alarming rate. As people try to lose weight the wrong way, by trying fad diets and 'wonder' pills, they end up giving up in frustration.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off, then you need to understand how your body naturally burns fat. It's like having an internal furnace. If you want to burn fat quickly, you'll need to learn how you can turn on this internal fat burning furnace.

As far as calories sources are concerned, there are three main food groups: proteins, carbohydrates and fats. So the question is what type of diet is the most effective at activating your internal fat burning furnace, and thus set you on your way to burn fat quickly! Also keep in mind that exercise, stress reduction and believe it or not, proper rest, all contribute to your loosing weight.

Because second to water, protein is the most abundant substance in the human body, your body is going to be very reluctant in burning it up for energy. Not only are your muscles composed of protein, but also your inner organs, enzymes and hormones. Protein is needed to build up, maintain and repair your body.

So what do we burn for energy? The answer is that your body's first choice is going to be carbohydrates. Carbs are very easily and quickly metabolized by your body in order to provide us with almost instant energy.

Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for your body. Contrast this with fats which are a concentrated source of energy. Fats provide more than two times the calories per gram as compared to carbohydrates or proteins. In order for our body to burn fat quickly we are required to eat a diet that is low in carbohydrates. Just make sure not to do it for too long. A prolonged diet that is high in protein can end up having damaging health consequences.

Here is a trick that has worked wonders for me and for all of those that follow it. Trust me on this one because it does produce results. This is what you are going to do. Eat low carbs for about 10 days. The day after, load up on HEALTHY carbs. Please note the emphasis on HEALTHY. Make sure you don't start eating junk food! Yes, you can have SOME of those, but you'll do better by eating things made out of whole grains. The next day hop on your scale and you'll see how even more pounds dropped off like crazy. That is how you are going to burn fat quickly!

And please don't forget the importance of a gooed exercise program. Exercise will make your muscles stronger, leaner and a heck of a lot more efficient at making your body burn fat quickly!
