Smoking is fun, smoking is passion, smoking is joy and this how it all starts initially. Many feel as if they are flying to some part of the world as they smoke. But the real fact is that they are on the wrong path which they themselves have chosen to deteriorate. Health effects such as cancers, heart attacks, strokes can be profoundly seen in those people who used to smoke. After coming to know about this dangers suddenly they cry and ask may help me stop smoking. It is not bad to ask for help but it should be done as soon as possible or else it will really have vast effect at last. Many social activities help many people so as to stop smoking. Many people who are aware of this potential threat ask doctors how to help someone quit smoking. So it is all together a good habit so as to make someone to help to quit smoking. This shows the care that you take on some one so as to make them a renowned person.
To start up with initially smoking gives amusement, excitement and lot of thrill. Lot of young people tries to smoke being passionate and exited about the facts that some stupid people say. Some of the smokers are addicted to this bad habit because they were forced by some of their friends. Most hurting thing is that many of the chain smokers are well educated people. Having immense knowledge about the potential danger they don’t stop smoking. This really says out that how a common illiterate would give up smoking. First and foremost thing that can make one to quit smoking is that making promises, unbreakable ones. Meditation can surely keep smoking habit away. Deep sigh of relief can be surely felt if one who smokes meditates regularly. It makes him feel a lot better. Surely it will make him feel more relaxed and free from stress. This really works out and turns these addicted humans to fresh human beings. So it’s not only bad to smoke but also the other potential threats caused to ourselves and others really matters.
