Pictures Of Warts Can't Tell You The Truth Behind The Myths Of HPV Warts
By: Ava White

Can you get genital warts (HPV warts) if you have never had sexual intercourse? If you think the answer is no then you are wrong. If you have HPV warts and you they come in contact with the genitals of your partner, they could also get the infection. Similarly, HPV warts can appear in your mouth or throat if you engage in oral sex with an infected partner.

How can you get rid of HPV warts for good? This is probably not what you want to hear but unfortunately the underlying virus that causes HPV warts never goes away completely and that means that the genital warts (hpv warts) may reappear even after treatment.

Can you have the HPV Virus without the warts? The answer is yes. You may have contracted the HPV virus but have no sign of genital warts. In females this may be picked up if you have a couple of abnormal smear results.

Can you treat yourself at home or do you have to visit your doctor? There are a great variety of home remedies available. If you choose this option rather than getting it on prescription, personally I would only purchase a product with natural ingredients e.g. no chemicals. I wouldn't want to mess with chemicals that weren't prescribed by my doctor. Wartrol is perhaps the most popular of the home treatments for HPV warts.

I have found out I have HPV Warts, should I get checked for any other STD's? Get tested! If you have been having unprotected sex, you could easily have another infection.

Please try not to be embarrassed, this is a very common condition. If you want any help you should speak to your doctor, nurse or a sexually transmitted diseases (STD) clinic and they can answer all your queries. The best thing you can do is take action as soon as you can and get yourself some treatment.

Don't forget, from now on you must practice safe sex. Think how you have been feeling since you found out about your HPV warts? You really don't want to pass it on to someone else. It is not true that there is only a slim chance of you passing the infection on. If you don't practice safe sex there is a 70% chance that your partner will catch HPV warts from you - it's just not worth the risk!

Think you may have HPV warts? Need to see some pictures of warts?. picturesofwarts.net aims to answer all your questions.
