Aerobic exercising is just something or some physical activity that you can do continuously for twenty minutes plus. For instance, jogging slowly, bicycling for several hours, swimming for half an hour or more, using an elliptical machine, etc.

Step-ups: Any small staircase in your house or your backyard will be good for this. Constant up and down stepping will really increase your heart rate and have your calories burning at an increased level. To start off, try to accomplish 3 sets of 20 steps each day. As your fitness level rises and you get used to it, increase the number of steps per set after every few days
