Make sure you take walking seriously and start off with 30 minutes of walking per day for everyday of the week. Right after that, slowly build it up to walking twice a day with 30 minutes each session. The last phase of walking will be walking much faster to get the heart rate up higher and before you know it, this form of aerobic exercise will have you experiencing a much flatter stomach.

So the best thing to do would be to find a friend who is interested and try have a competition that whoever loses the most weight in one week wins a prize (you can choose the prize). This will not only make you lose belly fat faster but will also create more ambition to succeed since your both competing with each other.
