In a day you should be drinking 10 glasses of water which should be cold, because cold water helps rev up your system and burn calories. Now it’s not a fast way to lose weight but its effect. Now if you would add an exercise or two in your day it would speed up the process remember the more effort you but on it the better result you will have.

That’s 8 pounds a month but it takes time. Don’t get discouraged if you are not losing weight quick. You have a goal to drop pounds if you see you drop 1 pound a week then keep on doing it. Whole point on a diet is losing weight which is just what you are doing.
