What We Should Drink In Summer?

In summer, even sit quietly we always feel hot and irritable. Under this circumstance, some people drink cold water and drink, they believe it is the fastest way to make them cool. Actually, in the medical opinion, it is a dangerous behavior. Because when a man is sweating and thirsty, he will drink lots of cold water and drink , the result this behavior will bring is:dinking lots of cold drink will bring about a reflexive sweat ,a loss of water in people's body and a harm to body. The more serious thing is: sweating can lead to the lack of salt in body, cause heat cramps and threatening people's life.

The correct way is to keep a good habit; you should drink warm water neither too cold nor too hot, and avoid of drinking cold water or drink.

The research has proved: drink warm water can reduce the temperature of body and cold drink can only make mouth cool. Cold drink can only make people feel cool for a moment, and after drinking cold drink people will feel more thirty.

Besides, sweating can take salt away from our body, so drink some water with salt is good for us. Some drink with salt can also be taken; as such drinks contain lots of sodium, potassium and other minerals. These minerals can supplement the loss of minerals that bring out by sweating.

Green tea is also a good choice for summer. As everyone knows chrysanthemum tea can dear away heat and purge pathogenic fire. And green tea can also help us lose weight. It could not be better to take green tea for those people who want to keep cool and to keep fit.

Sour milk beverage is another good choice for summer. The sour milk beverage is low fat, and its nutritional value is less than yoghurt, but it is a good drink to quench your thirst. The lactobacillus in sour milk beverage is very good for human being; it can promote the absorption of nutrition and adjust gastrointestinal function. Some sour milk beverages also contain the calcium and vitamins that are necessary to human being and play a big role in supplement of nutrition.
