Learning Arabic is very popular these days. It's amazing how many college students around the country are studying this difficult language. And they're smart to do so, because there's a real demand for Westerners who can speak Arabic. That demand comes from a variety of fields, including business, journalism, finance, education, and even intelligence.
In today's world, it can be very valuable to learn even a little Arabic. Most people don't have the slightest clue about anything to do with this difficult language. They're very effective at teaching younger students who are used to learning from interactive games.

This can make a big difference, especially because motivation is such a big factor when studying a language on your own.
So if you have any inclination to learn Arabic, definitely look into purchasing some software. My advice, though, is to avoid the most popular brands of software, simply because they're wildly overpriced. There are other programs out there that do exactly what the expensive programs do at a fraction of the cost. I'd definitely check those out first.
