Feel Vaginal Dryness During Menopause

Many women feel vaginal dryness during menopause due to the thinning of the mucous membranes and loss of elasticity in the walls of the vagina. The reduction in the production of estrogen in the ovaries can cause the thinning of the vaginal mucosa. This in itself does not cause any problem unless the lining of the vagina becomes inflamed and dry, then it is painful.

Vaginal dryness is medically known as atrophic vaginitis and it sounds like a disease, but it is not. Can be overcome with simple solutions, as a good nutritional program during the menopause. This is an excellent way to prevent your vagina becomes dry and thin. Other solutions to the problem are the estrogen replacement creams, tri-estrogen cream or triple estrogen cream, and pills that his doctor can prescribe. Consumption of soy stimulates estrogen production, leading to elimination of vaginal dryness in women.
Adding canola, olive, sunflower, soybean oil or grease your diet will add to your body.
In doses of 200 IU once, take 600 to 800 IU of vitamin E per day. Vitamin E is contra-indicated for hypertension, diabetes or a rheumatic heart. You will consult your doctor.
An effective way to relieve vaginal dryness is a vitamin E capsule inserted intra-vaginally.
