Uploading mp3 ringtones from you computer to your cellphone has never been easier thanks to www.mobstorage.com
First you will need to cut the mp3 down to about 30 seconds or less it must be less then 300KB. There are several programs around to cut up mp3s the one i use is Cool MP3 Splitter from yaosoft.com.
