By: DVDFab

Step 1: Download DVDFab freely and install it

With DVDFab, you get a 30 day fully functional trial for all of its features. Download here. http://www.dvdfab.net/en/download.htm

Step 2: Run DVDFab “Blu-ray to Blu-ray” Start DVDFab, the following welcome screen will appear. Select “Blu-ray to Blu-ray” option, then click “Start DVDFab”. If you don’t want to see the welcome screen again, check the box “Do not show again”.

Step 3: Load Blu-ray First, make sure you are located in the main interface of “Blu-ray to Blu-ray”. Then, insert your Blu-ray movie to your Blu-ray-ROM, click the folder icon to load it. You need to specify the Blu-ray disc’s region code in the pop-up window as bellow, which can be disabled by checking “Do not show again”. Select a corresponding region, click “OK” to open the Blu-ray as the source, and you just need to wait a while for the program to analyze it.

Step 4: Start ripping process There are 4 modes here: Full Disc, Main Movie, Clone and Write Data. I will give a simple explanation. “Full Disc” lets you copy all the contents of the original disc; “Main Movie” allows you to copy only the main movie without menus, trailers, bonus footages, ads, etc.; “Clone” makes perfect 1:1 bit-to-bit copy; “Write Data” burns existing Blu-ray folder or ISO image file to Blu-ray writer, or convert Blu-ray folder to ISO image file. Here, we select “Full Disc” as example.

Under this mode, it just allows you to set BD50 in the lower area beside Quality readout. So you can get Blu-ray backups with absolutely the same quality. When you are ready, just click the “Start” button to begin the ripping process. And the ripping progress can be viewed in detail for your convenience.

Step 5: Start burning process
If you chose Blu-ray burner as the target, when the ripping process is completed just press the “Finish” button, you will be asked to insert a blank BD-R/RE in the BD-ROM. Do it and start to burn. The detail burning progress is also can be seen.

After some time you will get a message says that the process has completed successfully, just press the “Finish” button to complete the whole Blu-ray copy process. It’s very easy, isn’t it? What’s more, you will be very happy about the wonderful quality.
You should be able to playback the disc using WinDVD 7 EX, PowerDVD 6.6 BD, or your standalone Blu-ray player. Then have fun with your Blu-ray copies.
