Head Pins Are Essential For Hanging Earring Making
By: marialee

As the fun of jewelry making, we all want to design our own style of jewelry with beads, plus, the easily available of wholesale beads and jewelry findings at beads stores, beading is no longer in the sole province of professional jewelry makers.
More and more people are discovering the pleasures of working with beads as a hobby, no matter design jewelry wearing by oneself, or as a gift, or as a business to sell beaded jewelry. Handmade jewelry involves using many specific tools, stringing material, jewelry beads and wholesale jewelry findings. Findings are the name given to the many small components that support, finish, and secure a piece of jewelry. Among so many kind of litter jewelry findings, head pins are the essential part to earring making.
Head pins are one kind of important jewelry findings. Head pins, we believe that many people are familiar with them, especially for the jewelry makers and retails. They are widely used in making hanging earring and hanging jewelry charms on bracelets and necklaces. Nothing spruces up your look quite like a pair of hanging earrings, bracelets and necklaces with hanging charms.
At last I will give you some steps on how to use wholesale head pins to make a pair of hanging earring.
1, Put jewelry beads onto head pin.
2, Bend the head pin at a 90 degree angle, making sure the bend is right on top of the last bead.
3, Trim the excess wire of the head pin to approximately 1/2. After some experimenting for loop size, you can adjust this length slightly for smaller or larger loops.
4, Using round nose pliers, grip the wire at the very end, not too far up the jaw of the plier making sure the end of the wire does not stick out beyond the jaw of the plier.
5, Hold the jewelry beads firmly with your fingers and roll the wire away from you and toward the bead. Make sure you hold the beads tight as to keep the angle and shape of the loop.
6, When you reach the point of being unable to roll your wrist any farther, without removing the plier from the loop, simply loosen your grip slightly and reposition the plier by rotating it back toward you. Grip the wire and continue to roll away from you until the end of the wire meets the other end of the loop.
