Intake Manifold Module & Driven Gear: Optimizing Fuel Consumption

Intake Manifold Module comes with bottom feed type injectors with low impedance coil and injector housing for extreme low heat pick-up. It can operate up to 30 bar fuel pressure minimizing the wall wetting. It has copper icing tips for preventing icing due to the vaporization of lpg. It facilitates for precise a/f ratio control besides being easy to be installed on different vehicles. A cavity is specially developed for optimal fuel flow at hot restart condition in the injector housing.
Intake manifold module comes with oil filter aluminum housing for easy maintenance by replacing a filter element only. It comes with many design variations to accommodate different engine packages. Various standard sizes of filter elements are available for oil cooler application in by-pass valve, service drain valve and temperature sensor. Driven Gear unit controls a bldc motor's speed in five stages in the pump. It fits on the lpg tank cover and covers the multi valves. It is operated by pwm signal with max. 7. 5 amp current.
