This was the jingle that some years ago accompanied the advertising of one of the best-known Italian amusement parks. On the one hand this song was saying the truth (an amusement park is seen as a sort of earthly paradise by all children), on the other hand it left out an important part of visitors, i.e. adults, who, with the excuse of accompanying children, nephews and nieces or little brothers and sisters, never balk at merry-go-rounds and any kind of attractions.
We can even claim that sometimes older kids and adults have more fun than children enjoying the attractions of Gardaland, Mirabilandia, Aquafan and all the other hundreds of amusement parks that can be found all over Italy. No matter the type of park, it might be a theme park, a water park or a simple park with merry-go-rounds: both adults and children can enjoy the attractions that best fit their age, and if on the one hand adults can find it boring to accompany their sons or daughters on the merry-go-rounds conceived for children, on the other hand they certainly enjoy the rush of adrenaline caused by a roller coaster or the thrill caused by a very realistic three-dimensional cinema, where children are not even allowed.
In Italy there are not only parks with merry-go-rounds, but also other types of parks, and also in these cases fun is guaranteed both for children and for older visitors: from water parks, which offer slides of different heights and pools of different depths, to educational parks, where amusement goes hand in hand with teaching, from parks with miniatures, like Italy in miniature in Rimini, to adventure parks, like zoo safari parks, all Italian amusement parks are the ideal destination for visitors of all ages, you only need to wish to have fun!
